STGNY, or Stronger Together Group, is a leading home and community-based service company specializing in consulting on home-based care. With a commitment to empowering individuals and families, we offer comprehensive services through two distinct divisions.

Our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) service coordination division focuses on supporting TBI adults as they navigate their journey to recovery. We provide personalized care coordination, helping individuals access the necessary services and benefits while reintegrating into society after their brain injury.

In our eldercare division, we specialize in assisting elderly individuals transitioning from rehabilitation or nursing homes back to their homes safely. Our dedicated team offers a range of services, including medical transportation, in-home care, nursing assessments, and equipment provision, ensuring our clients' safety and well-being in their home and community environments.
